Product Introduction: Netatmo releases "Welcome" facial recognition IP Camera

At the International CES 2015, home automation provider Netatmo has unveiled the Netatmo Welcome IP camera, which identifies registered users with facial recognition technology and reports familiar and unfamiliar faces to iOS devices via Wi-Fi. The camera also supports integration with waterproof movement sensors that attach to doors, windows, and other apertures for home security purposes. The Netatmo Welcome recieved 4 awards at the CES 2015.

• HD 1920x1080 resolution at 30fps
• Supports facial recognition technology to identify registered users and notifies users when detecting an unknown face
• 130° field of view
• Supports night vision with high-powered IR LEDs, mechanic IR filter
• Saves recorded videos and identification data on the SD card (up to 32GB)
• Supports privacy customization, such as cancellation of recording activity or alert notification per user-defined
